I have email exchanges and tel conversations with both Microsoft and Lenovo, and the result was a disaster: there is no solution for my highend computer to work normally again. And the blame is on you Microsoft, that insisted for several months through popup windows to install Windows 10 sayong that my computer was compatible.The fact is that this Lenovo computer is not compatible and Lenovo blames you for such intrusive messages.The result: I have a computer that I bought based on its digital pen capabilities, and now it is all disabled.You need to talk to Lenovo and fix this with new drivers, etc. If not, I am thinking in taking this issue viral through the social networks.
